Over the last 25+ years, I've worked across nearly every area of the specialty coffee industry, from managing cafés and roasting operations to consulting with coffee businesses around the world. I've helped hundreds of coffee entrepreneurs turn their ideas into thriving businesses and navigate the challenges of growth, operations, profitability, and leadership.

As Co-Founder of Water Avenue Coffee in Portland, Oregon, I helped grow the company into a multi-million-dollar business with over $4 million in annual revenue before successfully exiting. I also transformed Bellissimo Coffee Advisors into the digital era, creating the industry's first online barista training platform and digital coffee business resources.

I've spent my career helping coffee business owners avoid costly mistakes, create strong systems, build exceptional customer experiences, and grow with confidence.
